LinkedInTiber Property Management is the property-management arm of Tiber Capital, an operating company that owns, manages, and trades commercial real estate across South Carolina and North Carolina. We started Tiber PM because we couldn’t find a property manager who treated our buildings the way we did. So we built one — and now we operate it for outside owners too.

Most property management companies are field operations with QuickBooks bolted on. The good ones answer the phone quickly. The great ones return your call by Tuesday. Almost none of them know what your property is worth, what your covenants are doing, or whether your insurance is the best deal on the market.
We started Tiber PM with a different premise: a property manager should behave like a CFO who can also unclog a drain. Same-day financials. Quarterly business reviews. Vendor cost discipline. Wealth visibility. And the field-operations chops to actually run the building.
The technology — TIN, the Tiber Intelligence Network — is what lets four people do the work of twelve. The CPA, the legal partner, and the brokerage relationships are what let four people deliver outcomes that twelve people couldn’t.
We hire deliberately. Every name on this page is accountable for outcomes you can measure.
